Pain comes from Neglect

Our body feels pain. It tells us when someone is off.

Your body can always feel better and do more.

People wait until they feel pain before they try and do something about it.

Here is the deal. Pain comes from neglect somewhere else in the body.

One of the most common examples is I have clients complain about lower back pain. That is where they are feeling the effects but it is coming from neglect somewhere else.
